2-way rear ported enclosure.

We choose rear porting to reduce low frequency cancellation and improve low frequency dispersion. The result is deep, controlled bass with a larger soundstage.

Height 326mm  Width 170mm  Depth 242mm. These dimensions are ideal because it allows the speakers to remain compact, helping them to dissapear whilst still enabling an extended bass response.

SEAS 120mm treated paper mid-bass driver.

These are used because paper based drivers have great self damping, a very low resonant frequency and ideally suit our choice of crossover.

SEAS 27mm sonolex fabric dome tweeter.

We chose this due to its sonic compatibility with the LF driver, extended response and matching with our crossover choice.

1st order crossover filters for both HF and LF drive units.

The priority and foundation in how our loudspeakers work. You can read all about 1st order crossovers here.

Jantzen 3% tolerance air-core inductor. Provides great dynamics and timbre.

Jantzen Superior Z-cap capacitor 2% tolerance. Transparent high frequencies that are transient and clean.

Expotus pair-matched resistors. These resistors work so well in our minimalist crossover.

Components hard wired with silver solder. No PCB tracks to lessen signal transfer.

4 x 4mm/z-plugs, bare-wire and spade terminals. Separate HF & LF inputs will allow you to bi-wire or bi-amp to improve sound quality.

Sensitivity 85dB 1w/1m. Great low frequency depth with fair efficiency.

Supplied with bespoke link-wires with spade terminals. No standard metal strips but actual high quality speaker wire links.

Advise amplifier to be 40-150 W at 8 ohms.

Weight of single speaker 6.3Kg
