Translator

The Translator is a two-way, rear ported, floorstanding loudspeaker. It is constructed from rigid materials, uses 1st order crossover circuitry and presents music in a very accurate, natural way. 

The aesthetics of the speaker are achieved with a functional mindset so as not to hinder the sound in any avoidable way.

As a personal consumer you have the right to cancel a contract within a period of 14 days, starting from the date you receive the confirmation of order email we send to you. This is in accordance with The Consumer Rights Act 2015.

We ask that you notify us in writing by email or post, within 14 days of placing your order, using the above contact details. If we have not despatched the goods we will refund any monies received in full by the same means they were paid within 30 days.

Should you already be in receipt of the goods and still wish to cancel we ask that you notify us in writing by email or post using the above contact details, within 14 days of receiving the goods. We shall then inform you how to return the product, or how we will arrange collection. We will acknowledge receipt of the returned goods, then refund your payment within 14 days of receiving the goods back in a satisfactory condition by the same means they were paid.

Cancellation rights do not apply to goods that are bespoke, made to measure, non-standard or customised to your personal preference.

We shall advise on the delivery time frame of your goods in the 'confirmation of order' email we send to you.

Our products have some made to measure options which can extend delivery times.

Stock items will be dispatched as quickly as is possible, but usually within 3 working days.

You will be advised of an approximate dispatch time for any non-stock items.

We take all reasonable precautions to maintain adequate stock levels to supply ordered goods by the above times. Should our suppliers cause delays outside of our control we will contact you with details and an updated delivery date. All items will either be delivered by insured courier or directly by 3 Square Audio staff, and a signature will be required upon receipt of goods.
